2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation by the Customer:
    • Cancellations made 15 days or more before the tour start date will be eligible for a full refund, minus administrative fees.
    • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date may incur partial or no refunds, depending on the circumstances.
  • Cancellation by Haj Omar Service:
    • We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangements will be offered.

3. Changes to Itineraries

  • Customer-Initiated Changes: Any changes to the itinerary requested by the customer must be communicated in advance and may incur additional charges.
  • Unforeseen Adjustments: We may need to make changes to the itinerary due to factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide equivalent alternatives.

4. Travel Insurance

  • Customers are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Passports and Visas: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have the necessary travel documents.
  • Health and Fitness: Customers must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements in advance. Some tours may require a basic level of fitness.
  • Conduct: Customers are expected to respect local customs, follow the instructions of our guides, and behave responsibly during the tour.

6. Liability

  • Limitations: While we strive to provide safe and enjoyable experiences, Haj Omar Service is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the tour, except where required by law.
